Board Goals

  1. Update Policies
  2. Improve cross-committee communication
  3. Define structure to more effectively monitor academic progress


District Goals

  1. Continue plan to improve academic achievement, K-12
  2. Execute year two of the strategic plan
  3. Increase public awareness of district accomplishments


Superintendent Goals

  1. Provide quarterly and annual district assessment reports to the Board
  2. Expand professional dialogue with area superintendents
