Preparing for Bargaining

On September 12, 2009 Unis plans to attend the Preparing for Bargaining professional development session hosted by the New Jersey School Board Association.

This fast-paced program will guide [board members] through the preparation activities and legal framework critical to effective bargaining.

  • The Roles of the Bargaining Team and the Board
  • Costing Out the Current Agreement
  • Developing Board Proposals
