Leading with Vision and Developing School Culture

As part of my Master's degree with Seton Hall in Educational Leadership I was asked to write a paper regarding the role of a Vision Statement within a school setting. The following  is based on the National Policy Board for Educational Administration Educational Leadership Policy Standards (2008). Given the recent discussion regarding school culture within the Verona Schools, I felt it timely to share this academic work. Please enjoy and feel free to provide comments, questions, or feedback.
